Treating a Sovereign Nation as a Child
10/25/06

A Headline from today's paper read:

"BUSH ADVISOR SAYS IRAQI'S NOW STARTING TO MAKE TOUGH DECISIONS."

Oh golly, gee whiz! Soon they can start drivers ed and get their license. Then there's the prom and graduation. In a couple of years they will be old enough to buy beer, get married and have kids. Just think, it was only yesterday that they were in diapers and learning to Jihad! They grow up way too fast, don't you think?!

"The elected official works for the people! You do not make promises to your boss which are beyond your power to keep and expect to hold your position."

-Jim George- Democratic Candidate, Kansas State House of Representatives District #12
